Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NMajor Studios LLC (a Wyoming, USA limited liability company) handles personal data for VeilBoard (veilboard.com). We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Quiz inputs — the visual choices you tap to generate your pack.
- Account & order data — your email and purchase status.
- Support messages — anything you send us via email or our forms.
- Privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate usage via a self-hosted analytics tool; no third-party ad trackers.
2. How we use it
To generate and deliver your pack, process your order, provide support, and improve the product in aggregate. We do not sell your personal data.
3. We do not train AI on your data
We do not use your inputs, packs, or personal data to train AI models. Generation uses third-party AI providers solely to produce your pack.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as Merchant of Record. We receive purchase status, not your full card details. See Polar (Polar Software Inc.)’s privacy policy for their processing.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep quiz/pack data for a default of 30 days, then delete it. Deleting your account triggers a hard delete of your associated data (cascade). To request deletion sooner, contact us using the methods below.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we do neither). To exercise any right, use one of our two designated methods:

VeilBoard is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect their data; contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

We operate from the United States. EU/EEA users: our EU representative has not yet been appointed; this section will name them before any EU-targeted launch.
