Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VeilBoard (veilboard.com), a service operated by NMajor Studios LLC (a Wyoming, USA limited liability company) (“we”, “us”). By using VeilBoard you agree to these Terms.

1. What VeilBoard provides

VeilBoard turns a short visual quiz into a one-time pack of AI-generated, wedding-aesthetic image artifacts. Outputs are generated by AI and provided for personal inspiration and planning use.

2. Purchases, pricing, and payment processor

VeilBoard is sold as a one-time purchase ($19 Base / $39 Premium, subject to change for new purchases). Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as our Merchant of Record. Polar (Polar Software Inc.) handles billing, receipts, and applicable sales tax / VAT, and your purchase is also subject to Polar (Polar Software Inc.)’s terms. We do not store your card details.

3. License to your pack

On a completed purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use and share the artifacts in your pack for your own wedding-planning purposes, including pinning to Pinterest. You may not resell the artifacts or present VeilBoard as your own service.

4. Refunds

We offer a “refund if you don’t love it” policy. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request one.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use VeilBoard to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access for misuse.

6. AI-generated content

Artifacts are produced by automated systems and may not be unique or error-free. We make no warranty that outputs are fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the artifacts is at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers & liability

VeilBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMajor Studios LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your pack.

8. Children

VeilBoard is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
