Refund Policy

If you don’t love your VeilBoard pack, we’ll refund you. No drama.

The promise

VeilBoard is a one-time purchase ($19 Base / $39 Premium). If the pack we generate isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 daysof purchase and we’ll return your payment in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@veilboard.com or use our contact form with the email you purchased under. We typically process refunds within a few business days.

How refunds are issued

Payments and refunds are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Polar (Polar Software Inc.).

EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK have a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases. Where it applies, Polar (Polar Software Inc.) administers that right as Merchant of Record. Our 14-day “love it or refund” promise is offered in addition to any statutory rights and never reduces them.
